Step 2 – We arrive ready to reface your deck the same day. The Extreme Deck Makeover Team will give you an exact price prior to starting. You are under no obligation if the price does not fit your budget.
Step 3 -The Estimator will measure the deck and evaluate the condition of the wood preparing a written quote for your review.
Step 4 – The Estimator will go over exact details of the estimate including recommendations, condition of the wood, and colors choices.
Step 5 – Once you give the go ahead our team will start the Process that same day.
Step 6 – DAY 1 – The Team will clean all horizontal surfaces including rails and lattice and restore them back to their original appearance using our patent pending low pressure cleaning system that won’t splinter or damage your wood.
***We don’t clean your flat surfaces since they will be refaced the next day****
Step 7 – DAY 2 – The Extreme Deck Makeover Team will re-secure your entire deck including rails, stairs, lattice and re-nail all loose nails.
Step 8 – DAY 2 – The Extreme Deck Makeover Team will remove all of your existing decking on all flat surfaces and top rails without damaging the frame or your horizontal rails.
Step 9 – DAY 2 – The Extreme Deck Makeover Team will install new #1 grade pressure treated lumber on all your flat surfaces and top rails.
Step 10 – DAY 2 – The team leader will then do a final post inspection and do a walk through with the customer.
Step 11 – DAY 2 – Finally, we leave your home as we found it, cleaning up all the trash.
Step 12 – DAY 2 – You approve the work and pay.
